Refund Policy
Last updated May 2026
We aim to be fair and human about refunds. Cancel anytime — no hidden commitments. Billing errors and duplicate charges are refunded immediately, and our No Cure, No Pay operational guarantee means you should never pay for access we couldn't deliver.
1. About this policy
FlowFixr is currently offered as an evolving operational intelligence beta platform, and some functionality may continue improving over time. This policy is written to be fair to early adopters while keeping our subscription model sustainable.
2. No Cure, No Pay operational guarantee
If FlowFixr fails to provide meaningful access to the service you paid for, you should not pay for it. We refund — quickly and without friction — when any of the following occurs:
- Duplicate charges or verified billing errors.
- Accidental purchases reported within a reasonable time after the charge.
- Onboarding-blocking technical issues that prevented you from setting up your workspace.
- Failed access caused by a confirmed platform malfunction on our side.
These cases are handled on an automatic or streamlined basis — we lean toward fairness and don't require you to argue your case.
3. Cancel anytime
You can cancel your FlowFixr subscription at any time from Settings → Billing or via your billing portal. Cancellation:
- Stops all future billing immediately.
- Preserves your access until the end of the current billing period.
- Does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period — this follows standard SaaS practice.
If you believe the No Cure, No Pay guarantee above applies to your situation, contact us and we'll review it fairly.
4. Billing errors and duplicate charges
If you spot a billing error or were charged twice, email billing@flowfixr.app with the invoice reference. We refund verified billing errors and duplicate charges immediately, without question.
5. Goodwill refund window
If you accidentally subscribed, encountered a technical issue during onboarding that prevented you from using the product, or simply changed your mind, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the charge. Refund requests outside this window are reviewed case-by-case — we lean toward fairness.
To request a refund, email billing@flowfixr.app with the invoice reference and a short note. Most refunds are processed within 5 business days.
6. Founder pricing after refund or cancellation
Founder Pro and Founder Team rates are grandfathered only while your subscription remains continuously active. This protects founder slots for genuine early adopters and prevents pricing abuse.
- After an approved refund or cancellation, your founder rate is held for 30 days. If you reactivate within that window, founder pricing is restored.
- After 30 days, the founder slot is released to other early adopters and standard pricing applies on reactivation.
- Repeated refund-and-resubscribe cycling on a founder rate may end founder eligibility for the account.
6. EU and UK consumer rights
If you are an EU or UK consumer and FlowFixr qualifies as a digital service for you, you may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right. Your statutory withdrawal rights may be affected once digital access and operational services begin — for the portion of the service already supplied. In practice, our goodwill window above usually goes beyond the statutory minimum, and we honour valid statutory withdrawal requests in full where they apply.
8. What we don't refund (and abuse prevention)
- Subscriptions cancelled after the goodwill window where there has been substantial, meaningful operational usage of the platform.
- Repeated refund requests, refund-and-resubscribe cycling, or patterns that appear to abuse the policy or the founder pricing program.
- Repeated onboarding-and-refund cycling on the same account or related accounts.
- Failed payments that resulted in graceful downgrade to Free — there is nothing to refund in that case.
"Substantial usage" means the account has meaningfully relied on FlowFixr — for example, completing onboarding, generating workflow analyses, or actively reviewing operational insights over multiple sessions. We always look at usage in good faith, and abuse-prevention rules exist to protect fair pricing for genuine early adopters — not to penalise normal customers.
9. How payments and refunds are processed
Payments and refunds are handled by our payment processor, Paddle, who acts as merchant of record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank settlement times vary (typically 3–10 business days).
10. Contact
For any billing or refund question, email billing@flowfixr.app. We aim to reply within one business day.
